Sneaky Biden-Harris Plot: Free Healthcare for Illegal Immigrants?

Biden-Harris Healthcare Plan for DACA Recipients

Hold onto your MAGA hats, folks! The Biden-Harris administration is at it again, and this time they are trying to hand out free healthcare like Halloween candy to illegal immigrants. Yes, you heard that right!

President Biden’s latest idea is to give DACA recipients access to Obamacare. You know, even though they’re not U.S. citizens. Kansas Attorney General Kris Kobach is leading the charge and says the administration is bending over backward to redefine DACA recipients as “lawfully present” in the U.S. just to give them healthcare. Kobach basically called it a joke—imagine that!

Let’s take a trip down memory lane: DACA stands for Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals. Basically, it’s a way to delay deportation for those who came over here illegally as kids. But calling them ‘lawfully present’? That’s a knee-slapper!

What is DACA?

Aspect Description
Full Name Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals
Purpose Delay deportation for those who entered the U.S. illegally as children
Legal Status Does not provide lawful status or path to citizenship
Controversy Some federal courts have ruled DACA as illegal

During a campaign speech in Michigan, Kamala Harris turned off anti-Israel protesters, proclaiming, “I’m speaking.” Imagine being that bold!

Kobach’s Stance on DACA

“You gotta enter the U.S. illegally to even get DACA status,” Kobach reminded us, probably while shaking his head in disbelief. The 2012 memo that created DACA made it clear: it doesn’t give any actual immigration status or a path to citizenship. Only Congress can do that, and even some federal courts have said DACA is illegal. Yep, you read that right—ILLEGAL.

Kobach also warned that the new Biden-Harris rule will add fuel to the fire at the border. When word gets out about free taxpayer-funded healthcare, even more people will rush to the border. Rewarding illegal behavior just leads to—you guessed it—more illegal behavior.

Surprise, surprise, the White House didn’t quickly comment. Maybe they’re busy finding another way to redefine ‘lawfully present’?

Student Loan Forgiveness Struggles

Earlier this year, Kobach took on the Biden administration over their student loan forgiveness plan. Biden has been hunting for a legal escape route to forgive student debt, but no luck so far.

The SAVE plan (Saving on a Valuable Education) announced last year aimed to lower debt payments for millions of federal loan borrowers. It sounded too good to be true, and, well, legal battles have kept it from being a done deal.

“Looks like July 1 was supposed to be the payday for about eight million borrowers in the SAVE program. But legal headaches have left them waiting.”

Keep your eyes peeled, folks. The next trick up the Biden-Harris sleeve might just be around the corner!
